No resolution. After 13 days Fedex stated that there will be no refund and to contact the shipper which is Autozone.

Terrible company. If Fedex can crush a rear auto hub and bearing they can destroy anything. Auto response not any better. Do not use them for shipping is provided by Fedex.

They stated that is the only shipper they use. The USPS is better than this.

Placed order with Autozone. Last part of order delayed which means lost, damaged or crushed or all of these.

I will not buy from Autozone again because of this shipper.

Fedex customer service terrible. Will probably have to take the loss because I paid with a gift card, and you can not use the gift card for pick.up in store.

User's recommendation: Do not use. Order #899810****.

Monetary Loss: $13.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

FedEx Cons: Terrible service and liers.

I will always check with seller and will not purchase from them if shipping with Fedex.

This company is the worst. Maybe this is the reason Amazon will not use them to ship their products anymore.
