I spent an extra Â£2 to insure my parcel would arrive within 3 days, which it didn't, and then when i wasn't at home to wait around anymore, they wouldn't leave the parcel in the porch or redeliver it until the next day. On top of this, my tracking number wouldn't work so i had no idea where it was, or when to stay at home, so consequently i missed it.
I'm very angry with their service and will never use them again. The customer services are as usless as the comapany, and i advise everybody to stick to a different delivery option.
