Used FedEx Ground to move a booth to Texas for a trade show. Was told booth would be at show location by April 5th - well before the show being April 11th. Tracked shipment and it was re-routed to British Columbia and ETA was amended to April 14th.

I was told by FedEx customer service "tough luck...you should have used Express". Got to a manager who couldn't track the booth but would pass my "concern" to the day manager and will call me first thing in the morning with a solution.

I checked the tracking no. on the phone and the shipment is also in Todeo, OH as well as British Columbia. Do they even know where it is?

Why did I used such a crappy service. Avoid FedEx!!!! They burned me last year but I foolishly gave them a second chance.
