Not resolved

Last week,Fed Ex sent me an email and text alert stating a signature is required and showing a package arriving the next day. Of course it didn't narrow a timeline, simply stating by end of day.

I am self employed and rearrange my schedule and at 630pm, I get an e mail informing me the package will not be delivered until the next day. It was apparent from the tracking it went on the wrong truck in Syracuse. Today, I am waiting once again. The computer shows a package requiring signature arriving today.

I call and speak to a customer rep who tells me it wont be here until tomorrow. I check tracking again call back a different rep tells me it will be here today. How does a company survive being this incompetent ?

Everybody I tell has shared the same experience. UPS here I come !!!!
