Shipping is incredibly slow, taking almost two weeks most of the time. The tracking and delivery estimates are absurdly inaccurate, with the delivery date fluctuating constantly and very little information about where the package actually is.
Worst of all, packages are frequently damaged. Clearly the employees do not handle them with the slightest of care. All this lovely "service" often at a higher price than other carriers.
I only use FedEx when it is the only option available, and even then it is always a mistake. I am now considering avoiding any businesses that only offer FedEx delivery, it's not even worth your business.
