Package originated in Texas on 11/21, estimated delivery date was 11/28 to North Carolina. After several days with no scan records visible on their website, the package appeared in Nevada !
Chat agents do not solve anything. Every time they try to justify these errors calling them as "logistic strategies". My customer is still expecting this package. Today, I have been given 12/7 as the promised delivery date...
I won't use this service again. Incompetence and ignorance. Surely, they got confused between NV and NC! Tracking # 852426117647801 As everybody can see, there is not such logistic decision.
How come you could send a package intended to reach the East Coast, to Nevada, and define this as a "hub strategy"... They really insult our intelligence!
