I had a shipment of frozen cooked lobsters shipped, by Fedex, to Coquitlam BC, on Dec.21,2017. The lobster arrived at he Fedex facility in Mississauga at 1:37 am on Dec.22 and then, according to the Fedex trace was in transit for 9 hours and 41 min.

The next trace step shows that it hadn't left the facility in Mississauga. Next step shows it in transit again at 11:51 pm that same day. There is no more trace until Dec.27 when it apparently arrived in Vancouver, 6 days after it left. When the parcel was finally was delivered to my son, he obviously refused to accept 6 day old lobster.

Fedex has no explanation for their inability to track this shipment. They say they are refunding the shipping fee of $185 to the seafood co.

that shipped it for me, but they feel no responsibility for the $264 that I spent on the lobster. I will not be using Fedex again
