Never will I ever use this company services. Please u might not get the product that u ordered its a 50% chance that they actually find the right house and it get shipped on time.

I ordered 2 tires with rims. They were to arrive Thursday butt I got a text message that said they arrived Wednesday and were delivered to the front door. There were no tires delivered so on Friday I searched a little bit on my own and found them next door on the front porch of a home with no numbers on it. FedEx is a joke. Regular postal mail is better. They deliver almost all of fedex packages anyway. Package mailed 6/24/16 as of 7/14/16 we are still waiting on package. They gave us 2 different delivery days both come & gone & still no package. Shipped from Utah to Alabama, what is the problem? Will never use fedex or buy from anyone who ships fedex.

i called 1 847 541 2104 and they said they only shipped 3 and shipped the 4th one later. what a crock!!! most people either order 1, 2, or 4 tires at once. who orders three? customer service do not admit fault. he thought i was going to drive to one of their far locations. what is the point of getting something delivered?!!! he said i will get it monday. i tracked the missing tire 668106381749 and said that it was shipped with the other... Had a conversation with an employee at a Chicago facility by phone and was given a number to call that was wrong. I called the next day to set up a scheduled delivery and I explained that every time I do business as a receiving party with FedEx there is a problem. In the last two weeks, I've had a package mis-delivered to the wrong address (when the correct address was clearly typed on package). Now they've lost a second package at their home delivery office in Chicago - a package that according to the tracking records was delivered over a week ago to their regional office but never made it out for delivery and now appears to be missing. They may not deliver some people's packages on time, even lose them, but some of their drivers and employees there, are sure to deliver a horrible psychological harassment campaign against anyone they dislike. FedEx is the only place where you pay money for shipping and they make you got and collect it

Prepaid Fedex from RockAuto. Auto part came to me without box direct from RockAuto with only a label adhered to the part without any packaging (photo availabe). Upon presentation to Fedex, package was refused because there was no packaging Told to enclose in cardboard to be accepted to ship.
