They suck. They are always late even though you tell them you are closing st a certain time. They send the wrong size truck even though you tell them how much you have. It took them three days and they still did not getvit right. Bad business

I STILL have received no word, no apology, no effort to make it right from Federal Express. Amazingly,Fed Ex ran my expensive gift through a roller machine, apparently threw the box away when it popped out from the rugged treatment of their customer supplied envelope, and delivered an empty, torn and battered envelope to me...no gift enclosed. My package tracking says "shipment exception" and is still sitting in the original FedEx office - since yesterday. No movement. He paid for overnight priority delivery from Santa Fe to Dallas. Does anyone work for FedEx who may have any idea what is going on with this shipment? Also, FedEx actually delivered an empty envelope which had had my Christmas present inside. A friend sent us a package with gifts for our new baby. I found it on my porch, no knock or ring of the doorbell. The box had obviously been tossed around and mishandled as it was quite literally crushed. Thankfully, nothing inside was damaged, but this is still very unacceptable! Read more

I have a business in the USA and FedEx there are horrible to deal with, terrible service when needed, high price and don't care about customer. Here in the Philippines they are just as bad and in fact appear to be corrupt, they billed me for customs charges on an internal memo not even a real invoice, I got hold of the customs documents and there was no such charge when I threatened the fedex people to report them to Philippine customs and US... We were waiting on a package and tracking it all day. 45 minutes before it was to arrive the site changed to "un-trackable" fearing it had been delivered wrong, I called. The call started off with them saying they had labeled it incorrectly and we would not get the 1 day shipping. I asked for a refund of the price I paid. No one could service this. Number one you cannot believe everything you read OK.Fedex-UPS-DHL-etc are all on the same page.Non is any better than the next OK.Although I have never had a problem with either I do understand that these people have a lot of work to do and A short time to do it.You have to take in consideration that your package might not have been sent to these people immediately as stated and This would cause an delay in delivery.Also you have to... Don't accuse unless you know for a fact that FedEx employee's stole your gift.And another question why?
