Placed an order on 4/3/14 over the phone with Brandy. Asked to have order shipped to a different address other than my post office box.

This did not happen, so my order sat at FedEx for 10 days. I was never contacted by FedEx so my order was returned to company. I tried to contact AR500-targets but no answer, I left messages, no return calls. Now I'm being charged for the shipping because of their error.

I never received an invoice or a tracking number, but they made sure to charge my credit card.

I really don't care about the shipping cost, I'm just upset because they said I did not give a second address. Be careful when ordering from this company
