Package finally arrived 11/24 via the post office. One week after promised delivery date.
If you're a delivery company and you have to take your package to the customer's hometown post office for delivery instead of to the customer's house, you're in the wrong business. And if it's cheaper to do that, again, look hard at your business model.

I am still waiting for a package to be delivered. It was three hours away from me 6 days ago. An hour away for the past 5 days. Now 20 minutes away yet Scheduled Delivery is 11/25, still four days away. Why???
