I ordered from Toys R Us on 12/11.I'm still waiting for my packages as of 12/20.
They are warehoused 15 minutes from me and have been since the 18th. They put a delivery date up and then when they don't deliver they change the date. One shipping date went to pending. The next day was by end of day.
When it was delivered it has now been changed to 12/22. Do these people realize they are playing with peoples money? Xmas comes the same time every year. If they can't handle the increase in deliveries they shouldn't take on the business.
Maybe they need to offer more for seasonal help.
I'm pissed.Hope I get my grandkids stuff by 12/22.
This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to have the product delivered as the author lost $50. The author is overall dissatisfied with FedEx. The most disappointing about fedex delivery service from FedEx was missed saturday delivery---poor service Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
