Last 4 overnight priority shipments never show up the next day, killing my business!!!!!Customer service is terrible and they really don't care how it affects your business, just told my distributor that I want my packages delivered through a different carrier.
I don't care about paying overnight, my business is time sensitive and they are hurting us. They truly don't care and it's a shame they are going down hill with no brakes!!!!
Spoke with a representative last night and they are clueless and can only say they apologize but they can't control the weather.Weather is perfect from where the packages are coming with no bad weather in the forecast or in-between shipping points.
