Through some mix-up between Verizon and FedEx, they addressed the package to a relative's address instead of mine. Although Verizon was partly to blame for the mix-up, FedEx offered me no assistance at all and refused to change anything.

While I understand not changing an address for security reasons, I was offered no help whatsoever from two customer service reps who basically told me they couldn't help and I'd need to figure it out myself. I wasn't allowed to pick up the package in-store or have it forwarded.

Apparently the package HAD to be delivered to that address and could not be changed under any circumstances.
