I have had 2 experiences in the last 6 months with this company that have been disasters in the area of customer service. They have misdelivered and lost my packages.
They promised at least four return calls they never made. Their automated phone system told me one thing, while their online system told me another, and when I spoke someone, they told me something else altogether. It is impossible to file any sort of complaint.
They just kept handing me back to the person to whom they assigned it in the first place, or disconnecting me. All they ever say is "I apologize" and then tell me what I should do to fix it.
