Ordered cat litter, water filters for a pretty water fountain, and the pads to go with the litter system from chewy.com on Thursday. Delivery was supposed to arrive on Saturday.

Then they changed it to TUESDAY where tracking/delivery was supposed to be by the end of the day. I got home from work at 1130pm and no package.

It's still out for delivery today and I have 2 litter boxes that need changing and water fountain that is running stagnant because the filters are dirty. I won't be ordering anything that says it ships through FedEx EVER again!!!!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

It may not of made it to your local terminal on time that's probably the reason why it was pushed back to Tuesday. Fed ex home delivery does not work on Mondays

This is why it is wise to have extras of things you use often on hand. That way, when you run out of something you can use one of your "extras" and order more to replace them.

Simple.

Delivery slowdowns happen. Preparedness works well.
