The courier lies about coming to my home to deliver my package, the phone representatives (3 different ones!!) are rude, offer no help, and feed me lines such as "you are not our customer, call the store who sent you the package for help", "there is no manager to talk to, I'm the only one here", "we are under no obligation to phone you and look you up once you haven't answered the door for the courier – it is your problem".

And the really sad part: with the rates FedEx charge, I could have got a cab driver to deliver my package directly from the store much faster.
