Im curious to know if anyone else has had this experience;
Fedex in India has one of the best customer care representatives ive had the pleasure of talking to. Courteous without being mechanical, genuinely friendly, and will reciprocate politeness, I might even say they actually sound over qualified for the job! But then you deal with the company peeps, and jeez! Its like an Indian Govt office (and for the newbies, thats essentially like saying its ***).
You spend 30 minutes with customer care to finally get a managers number and he doesnt respond, 6 (S-I-X) emails to some finance/admin dude named Thulasiram by my poor manager over the span of 2 months and she still hasnt gotten a response, not counting other mails to the default customer relations email address cause those emails are replied to by sheep, not human beings, cause all human beings have basic intelligence, and when you finally manage to get them on the phone, they're always in *drum rolls* "A MEETING!!". *** yo, those fedex managers must be hella busy with those perpetual meetings. This is such ***.
Dear Federal Express International, you did a GREAT job with the customer care, but wtf happened to the back end? (pun intended, back end).
