First, I missed the package deliver, although I was home. The driver must not have knocked or rang the bell.
When I called to try to get the package, I was told to pick it up at a FedEx Location the next day. I called back because I couldnt find the location, and was told that my package was at a DIFFERENT location. I drove there, and was told it was not there.
I called customer service and was put on hold for 40 minutes before being told it was indeed at the first location. No one really cared how much time I had spent driving or on the phone trying to find my package.
