I scheduled a pick up in Puerto Rico from Thrifty rental company and Fed Ex manage to lose my package after I was told I would receive overnight. They have done nothing to find it.
Instead they tell me sorry. This is the worst company to do business with. I have spoken with everyone there and nothing has been done. No call back and there system cannot even track were package is at.
My wallet with money and all my credit cards and ID missing.
They don't even know what day the pick up was suppose to take place. They have been very unprofessional and do not care about there customers.
Product or Service Mentioned: Fedex Delivery Service.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
