The worst experience I had from a courier company so far. A sensitive package was sent to arrive at its destination in 2 days as they promised.
We had asked several times on phone before we send the package and to be certain, and they were possitive that the shipment will not exceed 2 days. The result? The package was delivered in 6 (!!!) days instead of 2, damaged, and after several calls to their worthless customer support, they admitted that the supposed efforts they claimed to do to deliver it at least with not this huge delay, were lies.
If you want your package to get to its destination safely and on time do not use FedEx. Their irresponsibility and their disrespectful attidude to their clients is unmatched.

Preferred solution: The item they lost was one of a kind. There is no solution! They should bankrupt..
