I've had the same experience with them. In addition, They have marked delivered overnight packages that we never received and not responded to calls or emails to the point that I had to go back to the shipper for a refund.
Not only do they leave packages without ringing the bell, they think it's appropriate to leave them on top of our trash can in the driveway. Today was the icing on the cake.
I have a package that has been floating around the area for 4 days and is now enroute to the location the package originally arrived at 4 days ago with estimated delivery 3 days from now. I am going to be asking all companies that are shipping me something what service they use before ordering from them - if it's FedEx, I'll find another supplier.
