I purchased a computer desk from WayFair back in June.First time, it got damaged and I have to wait for another month to get a replacement because out of stock, have to wait for another month.

Then, finally the company ship the replacement order, the FEDEX damaged it again. Then the company ship another replacement, then this FEDEX damaged it again. It is totally three times damaging the package. HOW CAN THIS COMPANY DO THE BUSINESS?????

I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND, DON'T UNDERSTAND, DAMAGING THE SAME PACKAGE FOR THREE TIMES.I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY TO SHIP MY PACKAGE.

Monetary Loss: $400.
