I was told that my item was to be deliveried on 6-14-13 per there Representative,could not tell me the time but it was on the truck.I then told my carpenter to be at my house the next morning for installation.When I got home the night of 6-14-13 the item was not there.I called the service Rep at 11:30 PM and spoke to some guy from who knows were.After trying to get my message across to him and him speaking fast and unclear,who know what part of the world he was from, I them asked for a supervisor,,Told her that the Rep from early in the day told me that the item was on the truck.She give the standard "Im sorry" but would not take responsibly for a Rep who was to lazy to check to see if my item was on the truck.She wanted to blame the sender of the item who in fact had not sent it for delivery,,Now I'm out the money I paided the carpenter and have not received my item,,Can't tell people how to sent items to me but will never use Fedex

in future,,Will go with the big "Brown truck".

Monetary Loss: $100.
