I have called Fedex at least twice in the past 2 years telling them NOT to leave packages at my Porch door but to leave all packages in the back because we do NOT USE THAT door especially in winter. I just discovered a package delivered 7 days ago totally frozen for 7 days because they do not listen to customers who tell them NOT to leave packages in a bad place.

I have no problems with UPS and none with USPS> Fedex dosnt give a darn!!

Dont use them!!!!!! use UPS or USPS

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of package getting lost and package getting lost at location. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of fedex shipping and associated monetary loss in the amount of $76. FedEx needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
