My package came and the delivery man just hung the ($100) item on our community gate. 40 people a day use this gate and I was very lucky to receive it from a friend.
The tracking website says it "was delivered". This is ridiculous.. What a way to operate. I have seen other trucks access the gate so they know the comb.
If this driver did not know the combo, what didn't they contact me?
Obviously they have a procedure for a non delivery. I canot even find a phone number to call and my emails to them are unanswered?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
