2nd time this has happened, item either gets lost or they ship to an address thats not even close to the address its suppose to ship to, they have once said they "lost" our laptop we have delivered so we called a shipping manager, and then a SAME guy showed up and just handed us our laptop and said we figured out what happened, barley made eye contact stood away from the door with his hand held out far with the package and walked away, didn't apologize or explain or made us sign for anything...box was open and re tapped, like someone tried to steal it (this was around Christmas) now my new item i have ordered is lost and cant be tracked. i will no longer let Fedex ship my items. They are so unorganized, and rude.
