Does FedEx have the lamest, least-friendly, and most obscure computer system in business? Seems they can’t provide realistic delivery ranges for their customers.

It snows in New York and their friggin world shuts down! My pkg was listed as “out for delivery” all day yesterday until 9:45PM when they finally admit it was “delayed”. And better stay at home to provide a “required signature” or it goes back to their local depot 50 miles away! Now, a day later, still waiting and again “out for delivery by END OF THE DAY whatever that means.

One would think a multi-billion$$ corporation would be able to program computers to spew relatively accurate estimates on deliveries that take into account weather delays so recipients wont have to park by their doors for 48 straight hours! FEDEX SUCKS BIGTIME!
