In the past 18 months FedEx has left an expensive cell phone ($600) where my dog could rip open the package and destroy it, Left a $2,000 shipment of medical supplies at the end of our 1/4 mile driveway where it was stolen (never called us to tell us they left it in a snow bank out of sight of the house) and now delivered an expensive computer to the wrong address. They are just horrible! Additionally, when you call to file your complaint, you speak with someone whose native language is not English and they refuse to let you speak to someone in the local FedEx Office.
