Fedex Home Delivery has left our package on the highway in the weeds next to our mailbox instead off simply driving down the driveway and leaving it at our door multiple times. This has twice to our neighbor as well.

I have called Fedex each time and they NEVER bother to make it right.

Fedex Home Delivery is a terribley run organization and I have contacted my congressperson as this has cost me alot of money in lost and/or damaged packages.

The latest was a package full of dog peepads with got rained on and were rendered useless. Lazy drivers - very poor customer service.

lol, taught to not put in reverse. I drive for fed ex and that's a lie. sounds like a lazy driver to me


FedEx drivers are taught not to reverse their trucks ever. It could be that your driveway looks too small, or there's no where to turn around safely.

Our company/managers won't let us reverse our trucks so we have to improvise sometimes. Although if it was raining the driver SHOULD have put your package in a bag which we have in our trucks specifically for this reason.
