THIS IS IT!!NO MORE FEDEX.
THE POST OFFICE WILL GET MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON. I RECENTLY SHIPPED A PACKAGE TO EAU CLAIRE, WI AND DISCOVERED THAT THEY DAMAGED A PACKAGE THAT WAS PACKED VERY WELL. THEY MUST HAVE DROPPED IT FROM A LADDER. THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THE LOCAL FEDEX OFFICE HAD A "HO HUM" ATTITUDE.
LAST YEAR THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY HAD DELIVERED A PACKAGE (NO SIGNATURE) BUT THEY HAD NOT. THEY CLAIMED A NEIGHBOR TOOK IT. (NO,THEY STOLE IT.) FORTUNATELY FOR ME, THE COMPANY FROM WHOM I ORDERED THE ITEM TOOK CARE OF IT - VERY QUICKLY, I MIGHT ADD. THEY ARE A SMALL CO.
WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - UNLIKE FEDEX. THE WORST!
LOOK AT ALL THE COMPLAINTS ONLINE ABOUT FEDEX.THEY DON'T CARE, AND THEY'RE GETTING AWAY WITH IT.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "poor service, damaged pkg, bad attitudes" of fedex shipping and associated monetary loss in the amount of $50. FedEx needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
