I've had 4 internet orders that were shipped through FedEx in the past 3 months.
The first two were sent to the wrong house and I had to canvass the neighborhood to find out where they were delivered.
The third order was damaged by them in transit.
The fourth order, a replacement for the one they damaged, was missorted and FedEx can't tell me when it will be delivered. They keep keep giving me the same BS story that their shipments are affected by tornadoes. Nice try, but the item had actually arrived in Elmsford, NY, which is 20 minutes from where I live and where it should have been delivered. 20 MINUTES! That was yesterday morning. We did not have any tornadoes in the area. It looks like someone in Elmsford, NY missorted it (maybe put a wrong label on the package) and this morning the package was in Tennessee. So, the package scheduled for delivery yesterday by 4:30pm is now in Tennessee.
No one at FedEx wants to accept responsibility or even give an answer.
Horrible, horrible service. They don't deserve to be in business.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
I didn't like: Disinterest in helping, Not delivering to the correct address.
