I had a packaged delivered 2nd day air. Tracked package and saw it was delivered.
Got home and could not find package anywhere. Called Fedex and they gave a a delivery discrepancy claim number and said they would contact driver next day. 24 hrs later they did call back and claimed the driver said "all houses in the area look the same".
Apparently the driver doesn't know about the things called numbers on the side of homes worldwide.
Luckily the company I bought my product from is sending replacement overnight free of charge to me.
I can only assume the driver from Fedex is either incompetent, lazy or stole the package.
