Today as my expected delivery date for the package. I saw the Ground truck in the front in the morning and ran to catch it.
It left just as I approached it. So I wanted all day at home, wasting my time, for it to return. It never did and I got an e-mail about an "exception" to the delivery! The reason stated to failed delivery was in the fact that I did not provide my apartment number!
This I was told by the phone customer service lady, Diane. Why am I being lied to? I checked ebay again as saw that the address was complete! Furthermore its not the first time FEDEX delivered an ebay order and the address has not changed!
Why is the driver not delivering the package and reporting a false reason and why is customer service covering for him??
I am upset and this behavior is unacceptable! I want some action to be taken against poor working practices!
