I dont understand why some of the employees are so lazy, if they don't want to work for your company they should'nt work for you. I thought the protocol is if the consumer isn't home, to leave a slip in mailbox or on the door so consumer can pick up items from the post office, I have several packages coming and depending on the time of day they get here, I may not be here.

From reading the other complaints you don't compensate for undelivered items. I need to speak with a supervisor then, because this is unacceptable and money doesn't grow on trees.
