I dont understand why some of the employees are so lazy, if they don't want to work for your company they should'nt work for you.I thought the protocol is if the consumer isn't home, to leave a slip in mailbox or on the door so consumer can pick up items from the post office, I have several packages coming and depending on the time of day they get here, I may not be here.

From reading the other complaints you don't compensate for undelivered items.I need to speak with a supervisor then, because this is unacceptable and money doesn't grow on trees.
