package shipped from LA to Phoenix; it went from LA to Utah to Missouri to Minnesota, and is currently in a USPS facility in North Dakota, with a chipper "your package will be delivered in 2-3 days to local address" comment - it has now been on the road for 10 days, and since I clearly don't have a local address in North Dakota, I have no idea when it will arrive, or even if it will be delivered by FedEx or USPS. Trying to contact FedEx to ask what's going on has generated a series of frustrating automated responses to what the computer "help" thinks I'm asking, and non-functional system provided to send email questions.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Horrible online customer service help.
