Always, without exception, packages shipped by this service have been late.They always take extra days in the USPS phase.

Any merchant that uses this service clearly puts profit waaay ahead of customer satisfaction. I will no longer patronize merchants that use Fedex Smartpost. And by the way, Fedex, this terribly service doesn't do your brand name any good either.

Alq probably works for FedEx - he comments on most FedEx complaints that they are bs, etc.

Has lost packages from KOHLS AND AMAZON.The difference is AMAZON fixes the issue and KOHLS drags it feet.

Packages as far as I know are still in some kind of limbo land between postoffice and the stores that sent them.

Terrible service.

That is a load of ***.I have used Fedex for 12 years.

Always on time and never lost a shipment..They are the best!

Read the post.The complaint is about FedEx SmartPost and it's the USPS part that gets it screwed up.

It's shame on FedEx only for besmirching their name by taking the USPS as a partner in offering this service.FedEx does fine in its regular services.
