On jan 10, 2018, delivery confirmation stated package left at side door at 5:12 pm, after checking my email - went to side door No Package. Called customer service they put a tracking ticket on it and if not found i would have to contact package origin to report fedex failure and reorder.
I asked customer service where they were located, rep stated Dominican Republic! I am in MA they will never find it, why are they not working inUSA? What training and screening do these drivers go through?
Terrible service I used to know drivers now all new, they dont care and they all know nothing will happen to them, found out they steal a lot of packages from former employee, he stated company is not run very well. I guess my delivery will go to other company, doubt they will find my package but miracles still happen.
