YOU (FEDEX) IS PERHAPS THE WORST SHIPMENT COMPANY I EVER CAME ACROSS. YOUR SERVICE BOYS DO NOT TAKE THE LIBERTY OF MAKING A DELIVERY & IN TURN UPDATE THE FAKE STATUS AT WEBSITE THAT CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAIALBLE AT HOME. MY SHIPMENT IS ROAMING AROUND PUNE SINCE 5TH OCT 13 & FAKE STATUS IS UPDATED DAILY THAT CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAILABLE.

THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE IN C-103 & D-104. MY FIRST REMINDER OF "WE MISSED YOU" WAS GIVEN TO ME BY FLAT# D-104, WHO CALLED UP THE HELPLINE TO TRACK THE ORIGINAL RECIPIENT. SHIPMENT ADDRESS IS C-103, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY DOEE TAGS AFTER THAT, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HIRE PERSONNELS WHO KNOW BASIC A,B,C'S.

I HAVE SECURITY LOGS FROM SOCIETY REGISTER AS WELL AS CCTV FOOTAGES THAT PROVE THAT YOUR VAN NEVER ENTERED MY SOCIETY ON MONDAY. YET STATUS IS UPDATED ON MONDAY THAT CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAILABLE. ARE THESE YOUR WORK ETHICS??? SHAME ON YOU.

WHEN I CALL THE HELPLINE TO EXPLAIN THE ISSUE YOUR HELPLINE REFUSED TO CALL & CONTACT THE SERVICE BOYS TO MAKE THE CORRECTIONS OR AT LEAST INFORM THEM ABOUT THERE MISTAKES. I AM ASKED TO COLLECT ON MY OWN, INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR SERVICE VAN. IS THAT WHAT THE SENDER HAD PAID YOU FOR? YOU ARE NOT WORKING ON CHARITY, WE PAY YOU FOR OUR SHIPMENTS.

I HAVE DROPPED A COMPLAINT AT INMASTER@FEDEX.COM AS SUGGESTED BY POORNIMA WHO ANSWERED MY PHONE ON YOUR HELPLINE ON MONDAY EVENING.

DO LET ME KNOW IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS & UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF THE SHIPMENTS THEY MAKE.
