I called FedEx on $/13/12 to complain to the International Representative that a priority international mail was not delivered to the right person in the right building. The International Representative turned on a rattling noise and I hung up. I called a second time and registered a complaint. I was told A refund will be considered.

Today (4/17/12) I called to find out what had happened. Again the International Representative turned on the rattling noise. Again I called and made a complaint.

I have heard this kind of rattling noise when I leave the phone off the hook for some time.
