I ordered a mattress and box. They shipped from the same company on the same day.

It has been a week since the first package arrived and so far there is no sign of the second package. Each time i call FedEx i get a different story with different promises. The latest of which is that the label was damaged. Well, given that the second package was routed through three different cities in my immediate area that the first package was not; something tells me it has been damaged since it left the very first FedEx distribution center a few states away.

If this is indeed the case and i have not just been simply lied to, AGAIN, why should it take a week to replace a shipping label? I don't know, it seems like an easy fix to me. Laziness, pure and simple. Tracking says they have "attempted" delivery three separate times.

Apparently the driver either didn't notice or simply didn't care to see that the shipping label was damaged and then take the necessary actions to replace the label. This should have been handled the first time the package was routed to the wrong city 5 days ago. I am completely blown away. How do companies like this stay in business?

What's worse is FedEx give you no means of filing a formal complaint or giving any customer feedback.

How can you possibly expect to find flaws in your business and personnel and provide quality customer service if you don't allow your customers to give you feedback. Unbelievable.
