These guys simply can't read a map. They have been unable to find my address MULTIPLE TIMES.

And there is no way to speak directly with the delivery guys. Sure I have contacted them, but it doesn't do any good to talk to a central office in Texas. You might think that the regional office would have details on local addresses but No. Would they call me or even email me for directions?


These guys once lost a shipment of prescription cat food for MONTHS. I have curtailed my online buying & returned to the Big Box stores because I simply can't trust my purchases to be delivered.
