Everyday I have packages waiting on my porch for USPS mail carrier and have done this for years. Substitute FedEx driver in a U-Haul rental truck didn't bother to read the labels or show concern when my USPS packages wouldn't scan in her machine and she just took them.

Since I found this out I have spent hours trying to rectify the situation. None of them show tracking because they weren't scanned by USPS thanks to FedEX driver and yesterday one was delivered (damaged) but still no activity in tracking so a claim can't be filed.

FedEx is refusing to take responsibility for this drivers incompetency and now aside from the time this is costing me here at my peak holiday season, it is going to end up costing me money because I do the right thing in customer service. Phone calls have been useless and I have decided that my 50,000 annual shipping expenses for outgoing packages will be limited to USPS and won't purchase items if FedEx is the only shipping option. There is no way I should be left holding the bag, "customer service" even said to me- "there is no proof we caused the damage" Yes, there is, she SHOULD NOT have ever touched those packages. As far as I am concerned- she took them unauthorized and that's the same as stealing !

FEDup with FEDex !!!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

FedEx Cons: Lack of accepting responsibility for unauthorized pick up.
