For several years Fed Ex has constantly delivered our packages to another address in town or told us that the package was undeliverable because it had a wrong address. The problem seems to be that our address ends in Northeast and there is another address that is the same as ours except that it ends in North.

This wouldn't be such a big deal except the total number of failed deliveries over the last several years I would estimate is in the hundreds. I have filed a complaint today via e-mail and in the past I have filed a complaint via telephone. No other carrier has this problem, all of our packages shipped to us via UPS or USPS get to us timely without issues.

We typically cringe when we discover that a package has been shipped to us via Fed Ex, because we know that the almost automatic problem will be. Yes I am an unhappy customer and am now going to endeavor to let everyone know how poor the service from Fed Ex has become.
