Two packages shipped to me, one needs signature.Despite creating a user account (a needlessly painful process), I was unable to 'customize' my deliveries.
Fedex wouldn't hold my package at a nearby location, but chose one 40 miles away, wouldn't allow me to schedule a time. I called their so-called 'customer support' and was after giving my 'door tag' number and contact number, was disconnected - no one called back!
I'm going to stop trying and hope they return the packages to the sender so I can arrange shipment using UPS or USPS.I will avoid Fedex in the future and advise those I work with to do the same.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
