we are a used dealer that bought a car from a customer who had a loan with this entity.We called them and got the final amount by phone which we remit by Fedex a Bank Check the very same day.

After 10 days we called them to find out the whereabout of title. To our surprise this nasty financial had the guts to tell us that the amount sent was not the correct one and that it was an internal mistake but we still have to come out with a difference that this institution called UNITED Acceptance did NOT have the decency of contacting us to advise situation. Rip OFF.

Worse part is that title will be held for an extra 21 all who are reading this comment: Avoid scams and headaches and get away from these robbers....
