FedEx Priority Document Envelope paid for and sent from Miami, FL to a residence near Barajas Airport in Madrid, Spain on 04 Jan 2021 with a scheduled delivery no later than 07 Jan 2021 before 1200PM. Delivery date comes and goes..no envelope!

Tracking shows the envelope in Paris, France!!

FedEx customer service advisor says that this is normal.

08 Jan 2021 tracking shows arrival of envelope in Madrid delivery before end of day! 09 Jan 2021 tracking shows delivery pending. Customer Service advises that the envelope hasnt cleared Spanish Customs at Barajas!!! Excuse me??

The envelope was declared as no commercial value in Miami. Why customs? No explanation from FedEx customer Service. 10 Jan 2021 tracking remains pending.

Customer Service Madrid is paralyzed by a snow storm!! The envelope has been located in the FedEx office at Barajas Airport but we are not delivering due to snowstorm!

A family member (retired lady) in Madrid volunteers to drive to airport to pick up the envelope due to the urgent need of documents inside. Very unprofessional attitude from FedEx at airport.

My second time using FedEx into Europe.....FIRST + LAST!! Pathetic professionalism.

User's recommendation: Use DHL into Europe.
