Customer service

I scheduled a pick up with Fed Ex Ground, received a confirmation number for the pick up but the package has been on my porch since 7:45 AM and it's now 8:15 PM.

I called three (3) times to find out the status of the pick-up and was told it was still scheduled. At 7:45 PM I called again only to be told that the package was picked up and the office was closed. ( I'm curious to know what exactly was picked up because it surely wasn't my package).

Unreliable and poor service. I will NOT be patronizing this company during the holidays or any other day. UPS has my confidence.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Service, Customer service.
