I was given a specific delivery window. I arrived home, after taking a half day off work, at the very beginning of this delivery window.

And a door tag magically appeared on my front door one minute earlier. I saw magically because I live on a 1.5 mile long dead end street. I would have seen the truck if it had truly arrived when it said it did. The driver came early and fudged the numbers for the delivery.

And FedEx refused to send him back, citing residential policy. I called and spoke to two different FedEx employees that said they were "working to contact the driver" and his manager so that he would come back. Then I get Luke from FedEx that just kept reading the same statement about residential service (or lack thereof) over and over and over.

For business, FedEx is great! For personal, they are the WORST.
