I received a birthday present from a friend and FedEx charged me for it, even though it was meant to be paid by a third party to whom my friend sent the money.
Moreover, I got a fine which doubled the amount I was supposed to pay, while sending emails to fedex employees.
Goes without saying they didn't help me at all and I ended up paying for it.
Thank you FedEx for ruining it for me.
P.S. what bothered me the most is the fact they actually sent me the fine while I was talking to their employees and trying to solve the issue.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $80.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Customer service, Delivery service, Service.
