I received a birthday present from a friend and FedEx charged me for it, even though it was meant to be paid by a third party to whom my friend sent the money.

Moreover, I got a fine which doubled the amount I was supposed to pay, while sending emails to fedex employees.

Goes without saying they didn't help me at all and I ended up paying for it.

Thank you FedEx for ruining it for me.

P.S. what bothered me the most is the fact they actually sent me the fine while I was talking to their employees and trying to solve the issue.

This person wrote the review because of problems with payment of freight quote from FedEx. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $80 and wants FedEx to offer any options to resolve the issue.

The most disappointing in user's experience was very poor customer service, delivery service and service. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
